Shipping, Returns, Refund & Money Back

Our online prices may vary from those in our physical stores, and we do not offer price matching between these two formats. Additionally, in-store pickup is not available as certain online items are exclusively shipped from our distribution centers in St. Louis, MO, or Florissant, MO.

The estimated delivery timeframe for orders is between 4 and 14 business days following the placement of the order. Please allow for additional delivery time for orders shipped from distant locations or those requiring special carrier services (e.g., absence of a recipient, signature required, etc.). Due to high demand for our products and competitive pricing, shipping may extend up to two weeks. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this period.

Shipping costs are set at $7.99 for all orders within the United States, while orders totaling $69.99 or more qualify for free shipping. If we have to make a return because of our mistake (e.g., receipt of an incorrect or defective item), we will reimburse the return shipping costs. However, for returns, exchanges, or refusals not due to our error, the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping and handling costs, in addition to a 25% restocking fee.

We reserve the right to cancel any transaction deemed potentially suspicious and will issue a full refund under such circumstances. Regarding money-back claims, all unsatisfactory claims require the return of the products to receive a refund under our Money Back Guarantee, which must be initiated within five days of delivery. If there is a failure to respond to our email or telephone communications within three days, the order will be canceled, and a full refund will be processed to the customer's credit card account. Items that are out of stock will be automatically refunded to the credit card account, and customers will need to place a new order for those items.

Do you think I can cancel my order? Regrettably, we cannot facilitate the cancellation of an order that has been submitted at checkout for more than 24 hours.

To address claims of damage, customers must select the shipping insurance option available for their package. We are not liable for any shipping damages incurred if shipping coverage is not selected at the time of purchase. Should damage occur, customers are required to submit photographic evidence of the damaged items to africannaturals@ishopnaturals.com for processing refunds or exchanges.

To return an item, please log into your account, access the order through the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu, and utilize the Return Item(s) button. Once we have received and processed the returned item, we will notify you via email.

Can I change the shipping address after I have submitted my order? We will ship to the address provided during the order checkout. So, you'll need to verify the shipping address accuracy before order submission. We are unable to make alterations to the shipping address post-order placement.

International Shipping: We are capable of shipping to nearly any location worldwide. Please keep in mind that certain restrictions apply to specific products, and some items may not be eligible for international shipment. We also provide shipping services to all United States military bases and diplomatic locations, including APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
