Product Related Intellectual Property

In an effort to market and coordinate in-store space planning needs for your Products.

African Naturals may require you to provide us with Product information, photography, video footage and clips, images, descriptions and other data required by African Naturals, including Product labels, Product packaging, nutritional content, and other advertising copy (“Product Data”).

Requirements:

  1. A copy of your manufacturer, distributor, wholesaler or dealer license(s)

  2. A copy of a regulatory authority inspection report of your place of business

  3. The product must have UPC CODE.

  4. A product liability insurance is required.
  5. Your product must be currently sold at other retailers similar to ours and all your annual gross sales must be $10,000+. 

POTENTIAL SUPPLIERS:

Discovering and featuring new and innovative products is the core of what we do at African Naturals. We are very interested in receiving information about your company and products. Due to the overwhelming volume of new product information submitted to US, we cannot guarantee you will receive a response.

Providing complete and accurate information in your product profile can help to expedite the process.
