Blessed thistle (Cnicus benedictus) is a bitter Mediterranean herb traditionally used to stimulate appetite, support digestion, and increase breast milk supply in nursing mothers. Blessed thistle extract is from the whole flowering herb without root of cnicus benedictus plants which have been organically grown without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides.

Blessed Thistle Flowering Aerial Parts 664 mg, Certified Cane Alcohol (43 - 53%) and Distilled Water

 

DIRECTIONS

Shake well before using. Add 1 full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz of water or juice 2 to 4 times a day. Best taken between meals.
