DIRECTIONS
Take 1-2 capsules at bedtime with at least 8 oz. of water for 7 days. Do not take for more than 7 consecutive days. After taking this product, increase fiber and water intake for one week. Wait at least 6 weeks before repeating this program. This product supports a minimum of 4 cleansing cycles.
Store in a cool, dry place after opening.

This product should be taken with at least a full glass of liquid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty in swallowing.
