NOW® Echinacea & Goldenseal Root is a 1:1 blend of two well-known immune-supporting roots. Both are native to North American woodlands and prairies, and both have a long history of use by indigenous herbalists. To provide you with the wholesome goodness of these botanicals, roots are only minimally processed; they are just cleaned, dried, and milled into a fine powder. Before encapsulation, the powder is sanitized by being exposed to high temperature, no potentially harmful chemicals or processing aids are used at this stage.
